# Step-by-Step:
01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
03 - Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Arrange fillets on one side of the lined sheet pan and brush them generously with the prepared lemon-herb marinade.
04 - In a separate bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them evenly on the opposite side of the sheet pan from the fish.
